Be careful when you travel to China and planning on wearing skirts, this is how they peek at your panties without you even suspecting them doing so. We have heard many of these techniques in Japan, but this is how they do it in China; they make 2 holes in their black bag, put the camera with the lens facing the holes so the color of the lens and the bag matches. They would walk behind you, swinging the bag right under your skirt with their camera on camcorder mode and recording every scene happening under your skirt and of course peeking at your panties.
